Technical Support Engineer (VoIP WebRTC API SDK Telecommunications). Looking for an opportunity to utilise and improve your knowledge of VoIP? As a Technical Support Engineer you'll provide first class technical support to strategic clients with a focus on API and SDK integration / implementation issues. Using your knowledge of multimedia technologies and protocols such as SIP and WebRTC to investigate, troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve technical issues related to IP based network technologies.
Requirements:
Experience in a highly technical Support Engineer position; telecommunications or SaaS ideal
Experience with IP-based real-time communications (VoIP, WebRTC, WebSockets)
Experience with API and / or SDK implementation
Good understanding of the software development lifecycle / architecture as well as programming languages
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; collaborative and keen to share knowledge / mentor
