As a Financial Controller in this Pharmaceuticals company, you will be responsible for Financial Planning and Analysis, Corporate Reporting, Business Support, Compliance and Internal Control and Compensation and Benefits. Main responsibilities: Participate fully in any cross functional training initiatives.Drive and promote the corporate values of the company within the workplace.Actively foster, in cooperation with other company staff, an ethos and culture of safety awareness where safety is accepted as an integral part of the overall business. Ensure that Accident Reports / Near Miss Forms are completed in a timely manner after an event.Ensure timely completion of all SOP, reading, training and assessment.Other duties as required and directed by the Director, Finance or other Officers appointed by the Board of Directors. Qualifications, Skills and attributes: Finance Degree; CIMA / ACCA / ACA qualification;Minimum of 5-10 years Finance Management experience in a manufacturing environment;Expert knowledge of standard costing and manufacturing variance analysis;Able to work on modern ERP & IT systems and experience with SAP Manufacturing Accounting is essential (ECC6);Experience with payroll process and management is desirable;Sound and up to date knowledge of Irish GAAP and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS);Be highly motivated and possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal;Proficient in all Microsoft tools.SThree UK and Ireland is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
