Software Team Lead Urgently Sought! Based in Bodensee! World Leading Climate Friendly Power Generation Organisation! This leading developer of climate friendly power units urgently seeks a Software Team Lead to drive new embedded software projects in this emerging area of 'Green Energy' technology. Working at the cutting edge of this exciting technology the Software Team Lead will be responsible for a small team of high calibre Software Engineers tasked with developing embedded software for power management and industrial automation applications.

Working in an Agile environment the Software Team Lead will be responsible for man management, enhancing the software development process and for delivering the complete software products to plan.

After achieving your degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electronics etc. you will have a successful track record developing embedded software for automation, power management, control systems or similar. Most recently you will need to show experience leading a team of embedded Software Engineers working in an Agile environment delivering complex software products on time. Any exposure to heavy engineering or emerging green energy would be of benefit. You will need fluent English skills backed by good German language skills (both written and spoken).
