Our international client is currently searching for a Semiconductor Assembly Technician to be responsible for chip bonder and wafer bonder systems within the fab. The role will require material flow management as well as material and process characterisation techniques. Visual inspections will also be required.

Required skills for the Assembly Technician will include:

* Semiconductor assembly knowledge and experience

* Material and device process knowledge

* Good communication skills

* BS degree in Engineering or equivalent
