FIRST LINE SUPPORTWe are looking for an experienced First Line Support Analyst to join a rapidly growing top finTech company.Due to the business growing rapidly, we are looking a talented individual with a professional attitude and a willingness to learn.My client is looking for a First Line Support analyst to help ensure the business IT operations are running smoothly and to provide a first class service to their high end clients and customers.As a First Line Support analyst for this FinTech business you must have previous experience in the following:

'€¢Experience of working on a service desk, dealing with 1st line support over the telephone and face to face.'€¢Strong experience of problem solving, troubleshooting and fault-finding software applications issues.'€¢Good understanding of MS Windows desktop computing including networking technologies and troubleshooting.'€¢Ensure that a high level of customer service and support is provided to all internal and external customers.'€¢Good knowledge of the MS Office suite and its components. Office 365 experience an advantage.
