Solutions Architect Experis are currently working with a well-known government body within the heart of Glasgow, helping them secure an experienced Solutions Architect from a Software background. This position will involve leading, mentoring and collaborating with the technical teams within the company in order to develop, maintain and encourage input in the development architecture within the business. Responsibilities Promoting best development practices including TDD, Continuous Integration, code reviews and DevOpsCommunicating with stakeholders on a regular basis in order to successfully implement development designsDeveloping end to end technical solutions to meet agreed requirementsKeeping up to date with the latest trends in technology and implementing this on a day to day basis Requirements Commercial experience in at least 2 software disciplines (ideally architecture or development)Extensive experience delivering challenging cross functional solutions in a collaborative environment with exposure to various technologiesExperience of full project life-cycle with ability to deliver within set timescalesKnowledge of architectural patterns, practices and frameworks with the ability to design and review solution architecture through patterns and principles Why work for this company?
