I'm currently working with Bauer Media, to recruit a Paid Media Assistant to join their expanding team. In this role you will develop and implement campaigns and analyse their results at the end of the campaign, suggesting improvements where applicable. The performance will also be analysed so you can maximise the return on investment and ensure budgets are effectively used. This will be across a variety of brands and clients, so having the ability to manage professional relationships is quite important.Key Responsibilities:

Manage paid campaigns, for multiple brands and channels; from concept/brief through to post campaign analysis.'€¢

Optimise campaigns daily to ensure budgets are invested as effectively as possible, to deliver maximum performance and return on investment.'€¢

Regular reporting and analysis of campaign performance.'€¢

Stakeholder management, both internal and external; providing updates on current campaign performance as well as future opportunities.'€¢

Liaise with other team members to ensure plans are achievable and on track.'€¢

Identify new growth areas.

Key Requirements:

Previous experience in the field, or passion for the field.'€¢

Knowledge of, or experience in digital channels (Paid Search, paid social and or programmatic)'€¢

Great communication skills.'€¢

High attention to detail.'€¢

Analytical capability, ideally having knowledge or experience in using some analytical tools.'€¢

An understanding of budgeting and forecasting techniques.'€¢

Proactive attitude and the ability/curiosity to keep updated with technology trends and developments.'€¢

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise your work to meet company goals and deadlines.'€¢

A genuine passion for media and marketing.
