A great opportunity has arisen for a talented Scrum Master to work in FinTech with Blockchain technology, learn new technologies and work with the best.You will work closely with developers, BAs and product owners to ensure the development of the platform meets targets and is efficiently developed. This is a great opportunity that will enable you to lead a skilled technical group working with some of the latest technology, concepts and methodologies.Your remit as Scrum Master will include:
Conducting daily stand-ups to help the team to set clear goals and measurable outcomes.Facilitating the development team and removing any blockers.Helping the team identify any impediments and assist in resolving themHelp build a learning and self-improvement cultureFostering a collaborative environment and being a servant leader.Working with multiple stakeholders.Occasional travel. As a successful Scrum Master, you will have the following skills and experience:
To be a CSP, CSPO or equivalent.Have worked in a strongly agile project mode in the same/similar role.Have a good understanding of Agile frameworks from mindset and values, practices and tools.Exhibit an experimental mindset with a focus on agility The following would be a real advantage but a willingness to learn is key:
Familiarity with commodities markets (oil or gas) and/or trade finance.High-level understanding of either infrastructure, enterprise architecture, UI/UX or distributed ledger. Or having worked in a development or QA environment.Computer Science or be an Engineering graduate (desirable, not essential). In return, a Scrum Master will receive a salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive enrolment onto the pension scheme, benefits allowance, a bonus package and training and tech events.
