Job Title: Senior Application Transformation Analyst

Contract: 6 Months

Duration: 3 months +

The client is looking for an experienced Senior Application Transformation Analyst to provide technical assistance for applications supported by Information Systems, working with members of Information Systems, ITP, Hosted Platforms, Architects and 3rd party vendors.

Key Experience required:

* Strong hands-on hardware and software ability and in-depth experience in a technical support role. Ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems and provide guidance to others.

* Demonstrates a concern and aptitude for considering the user's perspective in IT development with a comprehensive understanding of the business aspects of the application(s) supported and a thorough knowledge of the technical aspects of application support.

* Proven experience of working within an ITIL framework; managing incidents, requests, changes and problems through a service desk system.

* Proven experience in using information query tools that enable selective access to information held within some form of data repository, such as SQL.

* Knowledge and experience in supporting Windows Server Operating Systems at a functional level (e.g. Windows 2008 server).

* Excellent technical knowledge of hardware, supported operating systems and office productivity tools.

* Good knowledge of current and emerging end user devices, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.

* Proven ability to engage proactively with ICT users to deliver excellent advice, support and solutions through a variety of methods, including coaching, and the ability to manage expectations.
