Windows 10 Engineer - SCCM / MS Office 2016 / 365 - vacancy requiring profound Windows 10 and MS Office 365 knowledge for our Basel based client in the financial sector.Your experience/skills:Practical knowledge and experience in Windows 10 operating systems as well as Microsoft Office 2016 and 365 deployment and supportSound knowledge of SCCM software packaging and distribution techniques, including creation, customisation and deployment of msi and AppV packages as well as patch file creation and distributionKnowhow of IGEL Universal Management Suite, Ivanti Device Control or BeyondTrust DefendpointFamiliarity with ITILLanguages: fluent English both written and spoken, German is a plusYour tasks:Implementing and upgrading the platform for packaging, distributing, patching and removing software applications to Windows client devicesManaging user environment along with the client desktop experience and providing 3rd Level Support for Windows client environments to resolve performance issuesEstablishing client endpoint security in compliance with the Banks standardsHelping software managers to achieve obligations with regard to software asset management and vulnerability management coupled with preparing technical documentationFostering print environment progression, including maintaining existing print servers while also creating and managing print queuesDriving the thin client systems management, application whitelisting, escalation of permissions and removable device control solutionsStart: 10/2019
