Business Analyst - up to £47500 + 26% pension + flexible working

We are seeking talented Business Analysts to join our client's friendly team at their head office to be based close to Wetherby

You will:

.Design and document 'as-is' and 'to-be' requirements, business processes and solution designs for assigned development and change activity

.Work with business stakeholders and other Analysts

.Work closely with Developers, Testers and 3rd parties

.Lead on technical decisions needed and communicate to stakeholders

.Form solution design and estimate as part of planning activity

You will need:

.Prior experience as a Business Analyst working between the business and IT

.Stakeholder management experience in solution design, requirements analysis in a complex environment

.Experience working to relevant methodologies ie Agile & Waterfall
