Our client are using the latest technologies and development principles to create fresh applications and take the world by storm.What you'll do:Work with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality software regularly, repeatedly and predictably in a high volume, always-on digital service environment using Lean and Agile methods.How you'll do it:Reporting to the Delivery Manager you will: Be a role model, demonstrating a strong delivery ethic using agile values and principles through your thinking, processes and actions.Nurture and inspire the team to take responsibility for their delivery process and the outcomes they deliverEmpower and encourage the team to focus on delivering valueBeing an active participant and facilitator of important team activities (e.g. retrospectives)Help the team to "fail fast" using data to build learning and support continuous improvementMaintain high levels of communication with other teams and key stakeholdersBring people together to solve problems and share successEvolve agile and lean techniques through the practice of continuous improvementEnsure work is broken down in a meaningful way to minimize dependencies and facilitate the continuous delivery of valueRemove impediments and waste to ensure a smooth and sustainable flow of workIf you're ready to work in a dynamic environment alongside talented people, who take pride in delivering great results, apply today!
