Java, rxJAVA, spring boot, spring, Reactor, microservices, RESTful, SQL, SQL Server, Mongo DB, Postgres, Oracle, CI/CD, blockchain and cryptography, contract or permanent A leading energy trading company based in the city are hiring Java Developers to develop new features for the energy trading systems that will revolutionise the way we buy and sell energy. Using Java and Spring you will be expected to write simple, well structured code and have an interest or prior experience of Blockchain and cryptography. You must have at least 5 years solid commercial experience using Java, Spring, Spring Boot and Reactor or (Rx Java) in an Agile environment. You will also have experience integrating to RESTful web services. Together with strong Java skills you must also have used Microservices and built RESTful web services, Oracle, Postgres or MongoDB, together with CI/CD, automation code quality and mocking. Many of the employees have been educated at Oxbridge and also have a PhD therefore the minimum education required is a good degree in Maths, science or engineering.
