Director of Artificial Intelligence SummaryYour new role - Director of Artificial Intelligence, based in Bristol

This role is to lead our data artificial intelligence and machine learning initiatives. This will involve the understanding of our data, model building and model deployment. This role will provide guidance and expertise for AI across our business. Your responsibilities will include: Delivery of breakthrough benefits to our customers through artificial intelligence AI.Contribution to the product vision and strategy of our cloud platform and all AI product initiatives.Prioritize the AI roadmap balancing the company's goal of data entry accuracy and solutions for other complex business problems where AI can enable business and customer value.Collaboration with engineering to develop initiatives and measurements for success, and delivery to those goals on time and on budget.Working closely with UX/UI design to accentuate ease of use and efficiency IVA brings to the user flow to deliver high NPS.Teaming up with product marketing to translate AI capabilities to customer value prop and vice versa.Proactively identify, consult with and provide guidance to senior management on the strategic direction of products & advanced technologies and techniques in the area of AI.

Proven track record delivering product capabilities that leverage AI and machine learning.Demonstrated success driving innovation as well as bringing creative ideas of others to market.Experience of working closely with ML engineers and data scientists to develop and productize new ML models.Experience as a hands on and execution focused leader.Proven ability to maintain a backlog of prioritized opportunities for investment based on current business needs.Strength in communication (internal and external facing), and ability to effectively communicate a vision and inspire others to innovateProven ability to understand and improve the quality of data, and to build and improve the data modelling pipeline.Proven ability as a strategic thinker, a flexible problem solver, an innovative and a disruptive technology leader solving long term strategic outcomes.
