CRM Database Manager
A brand-new role has arisen for a CRM Database Manager to manage a team of 6, all data projects and the development of the CRM for a rapidly growing charity based in Kensington, Central London. As the CRM Database Manager, you will have full control over the CRM Services, reporting / analysis, database administration, database strategies and more.
This charity offers very flexible working where you will have the chance to work from home 2 days per week if you so wish.
As the CRM Database Manager, you will lead on a brand-new CRM implementation which has just gone to the scoping stage and the choice of the CRM will be one of your first responsibilities. This is the perfect role for a Database Manager to take the next step in their career, join a growing team and lead on some very cutting edge projects.
Skills required for the CRM Database Manager are:
- Strong skills in a fundraising CRM (Salesforce, Dynamics, Raisers Edge, Care CRM)
- Proven line management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Great communicator and stakeholder management skills

Salary: £46,000 - £54,000 + Excellent benefits
