2nd Line Support Engineer - London - / Global Organisation / Azure Cloud Platform £20,000 - £30,000 Hello support engineers! Are you a 2nd line expert for Office 365 who wants to work for a one of the world's biggest organisations in the investment sector? If so then look no further. As the site is new this is a real opportunity to play a pivotal part in the shape of the business instead of joining an already existing team where you will slip into their already standing structure. Your role? From building to leading, right through to support this hands on 2nd line support role and requires you to work collaboratively with your team in order to deliver the best service at all times. Initiative is key and you should always be looking for ways to improve the service. What experience is best fit for this role? Two years and above service desk support experienceStrong knowledge of core Microsoft technologies - Active Directory, AAD, DNS, DHCP, Conditional Access Proven experience in supporting Office 365 suite of products such as Exchange / Teams / Planne / IntuneGood knowledge of supporting Microsoft Exchange 2016, Exchange Online and associated clients Desktop Operating Systems ( Windows 7 &10)Experiencing in support EMM services like MobileIron, Intune & BlackBerry What will you get in return?
