We are looking for a Head of Service Management (Retail) for a prestigious retailer based in London.
The ideal Head of Service Management (Retail), would have experience within retail. You will be looking at workstreams around an ecommerce replatform and a Central Inventory Management implementation (Oracle Retail).
Skills
*The proven ability to assess the business requirement and to design a suitable Operating model for an IT Operations capability.
*The capability to lead a change process to efficiently lead the IT Operations team from the current 'as -is' model to a defined target operating model, including assessment of skills and capability of the current team.
*The capability to review third party providers, critique contractual arrangements and to lead the work required to ensure third parties are able and capable of working to support the target operating model.
*The capability to assess the selection of tools required to support the Target Operating Model.
*The proven ability to lead change.
