A Global Brand Leader is looking for an experienced Dynamics CRM Developer who has worked as a 3rd level support and concept owner and has had responsibility for Distribution and Reseller Channel management solutions. You will be supporting the development, implementation and management of Reseller Channel Programmes and will be reporting on the programme adoption, effectiveness and its return on investment. As a Dynamics CRM Developer, your responsibilities will include:Being the subject matter expert for process and concept support for both Channels.Providing 2nd tier support utilising your expert knowledge offering guidance for escalated incidents and change requests, this will include analytical and technical investigation and the resolution of helpdesk requests.Designing, testing and documenting process and system requirements for implementation by IT Team and Software Developers.Liaising with other departments regarding escalated incidents, change requests and projects related to Partner Programs and Promotions.Managing the set-up and monitoring Channel Programmes, building and maintaining these as well as the reporting and monitoring of its effectiveness.Supporting the Reseller Channel in the development of processes and tools for management of the channel programmes and affiliated commercial activities.Analysing the Sales and Partner Channel proposing possible areas of improvement.Assessing if the Channel Programmes and Membership levels are in line with company KPI’s.Supporting the Business Planning Team in monitoring the budget for the rebate for both the direct and indirect channels highlighting criticalities to them. To be a successful Dynamics CRM Developer, you will have the following skills and experiences:
A good understanding of MS Dynamics.A Degree or equivalent in Marketing (i.e. Channel Marketing), Business or Economics.Experience in Sales Support and/or Analysis.Previous exposure to a Distribution and Reseller Channel Sales Environment, Business Planning, Budget Definition, Channel Promotion Logic, Channel Promotion Metrics.To be self-motivated, detail-oriented, have an analytical mindset, a strong understanding of channel communications logic, an understanding of indirect business process and have advanced Excel skills.Experience of concept and process development and channel marketing experience is advantageous but is not essential. In return, a CRM Developer will receive a salary of £38,000 - £45,000 per annum, 5 weeks holiday, an enhanced pension scheme, healthcare and a very good benefits package.
