IT Support Manager

As an experienced IT support manager you will ideally have experience in leading teams of technical staff including 1st line, 2nd line and 3rd line support as well as excellent knowledge of ITIL and ISO.

You will also ideally as an IT Support Manger have knowledge or experience in:-Incident management, Problem management and Change management.

My client are investing significantly in IT upgrades and implementations and whilst there will be a strong element of operational support you will also get the opportunity to work on a number of project based upgrades, implementations and reviews of existing infrastructures and applications.
