SC cleared Admin Co-ordinator to be based in Corsham on an initial 3 Month contract. Job Title - SC cleared Admin Co-ordinatorLocation - Corsham+ remoteMarket rateDuration - 3 MonthsSC cleared or willing to undergo SC clearance Identification and implementation of process improvement in close collaboration with the Operations TeamWillingness to be involved in internal practice initiatives e.g. Communications, People & Development, Sales & Marketing, Resourcing & RecruitmentDeliverablesProvide extensive diary management supportManage new starter on-boarding including induction scheduling, welcome pack updates and distribution, and IT assistanceProvide travel assistance to team where necessaryGenerate weekly and monthly management information reports, including monthly action taking/trackingAssist with monthly invoicing (upload, coding and accurate processing)Assist with the planning and organising of management offsite meetings and team events/socialsProvide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, room bookings, arranging refreshments, printing & bindingMaintain office guide, keeping all operational processes up to date in line with policy and process changesQuality assurance of practice communications, ensuring consistency and compliance of branding and formatting guidelinesSupport management and account partners with proposal/bid activitiesSupport Resource management function on an adhoc basis, including tracking and updating lists of internal roles; collating and distributing data of available consultants; general admin support.SkillsHighly process driven and able to take ownership of vital elements within OperationsOutstanding written communication and proof-reading skills, with excellent attention to detail. Educated to A-level or equivalentStrong verbal communication skills, confident to work with senior management, candidates and external suppliersStrong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritise and deliver under pressureExcellent IT skills - proficient in all Microsoft Office packagesAbility to manage upwardsCandidates should submit CVs in the first instance.
