Project Manager (SC Cleared) Saudi Arabia, Middle East, West Africa, SC Clearance, DV, Develop Vetted, Language, Border Force, Counter Terrorism, London, Programme, Agile, Scrum, Government, Strategy, Strategic, Security, Our Central Government client based in London are recruiting for a number of Project Managers. The role will involve extensive travel (around 60%) to either the Middle East or West Africa.The role also requires SC Security clearance.The Authority requires a Project Manager to support the delivery of a border security programme. The specialist service roles will predominantly be based off-shore in the host country. The host country is yet to be determined but likely to be West Africa or Middle East. This will be communicated during the interview process.The client's objective is to build international capabilities in countries by deterring movement, across national borders, of individuals and goods that would harm the countries national interests. This is achieved by enhancing effective border control using UK Border Force best practice. Key Skills / ExperienceExperience of managing programmes to budget and schedule using agile project management methods and appropriate scope managementExperience of working abroad in different culturesDemonstrate experience of successful delivery of complex projects over time and with a clear approach to resolution of issues and risk mitigationPrevious successful experience delivering digital services within GovernmentExperience in Border security and Immigration requirements and business processes, issues and solutionsAccreditation to recognised industry standards in project and programme management (MSP Practitioner, MAPM or equivalent)
