Job DescriptionMy client are based in the Bristol and Peterborough area and looking for a ServiceNow professional who is ideally Admin Certified to provide maintenance to the platform as well as be responsible for the design, development, upgrades and updates of the platform. Role & ResponsibilitiesSupport & maintenance of the ServiceNow platform Responsible for requirements analysis Responsible for upgrades & updates of numerous ServiceNow modules Work with key stakeholders to develop business enhancements on the ServiceNow platformSupport the roll-out of new modulesDocumentation of all ServiceNow systems
