Business Analyst (m/f/x)are you an experienced Business Analyst (m/f/x) looking for a new project? Our client, a large international Company in Zürich offers an interesting and exciting opportunity as Business Analyst (m/f/x).As a member of Requirement Engineering workstream, you will play a crucial role to deliver outstanding results as Business Analyst in a Corporate Real Estate Environment. The goal is the replacement of existing applications and harmonisation of system landscape.Your role as Business Analyst (m/f/x)Elicit end to end requirements by using appropriate techniques to construct well-defined functional modules that are required for CRES (Corporate Real Estate & Services) operations team to functional efficientlyDocument user requirements and system requirements to begin implementation phaseCoordinate with Service Experts and Process Managers to document process maps and assess process improvements areasAnalyse industry trends and provide recommendations for strategic decision-makingSupport Program Manager to create implementation approach and implementation scope documentRequired skillsCertified Business Analyst (+5 years exp.) with an excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong knowledge in the areas of Corporate Real Estate and Facility management servicesProject leadership skillsExcellent understanding of CRES domain related business software: CAFM, IWMS, BIM, etc.Basic understanding of ServiceNow systemMS Office suite, Visio, SharePoint and ARIS BPM or equivalent toolsFurther informationLocation: Zürich (Switzerland)Start date: ASAPDuration: 5 monthInterested?If you would like to apply for this project as Business Analyst (m/f/x), please contact me via phone 0044 588 2623 for more information.
