Software / IT Trainer We are seeking a Software / IT Trainer to join a well-established and successful software house in Poole, to focus on the training of one of the company's flagship products to customers within the public sector.The Software / IT Trainer will work alongside a small and talented training team, where excellent training on the company's product will be given to get you up to speed, and we are looking for someone with a track record in external technical training, preferably with either contact centre, telephony or voice recognition software (although this is not essential).During initial induction, you will be expected to shadow and spend up to 2 nights a week at customer site, but once up to speed this will reduce to about 1 in every 10 days, therefore flexibility to do this as well as your own mode of transport is essential!Skills and experience needed for the Software / IT Trainer:Proven technical training experience, specifically with software and platformsExperience of working with external customers and being customer facingAbility to produce eLearning and training documentation is idealInteractive training style and approachKeen and quick to learn new software productsFlexibility to travel to client siteThis role is an ideal fit for a Software / IT Trainer with a good aptitude for learning, who is looking to embark on the next step in their career.
