Job Spec-
candidate MUST have strong stakeholder management skills, needs to be able to liaise with senior levels on testing strategies The Project: We are looking for Test Manager who can work across a range of projects. You will provide assurance for multiple agile deliveries and further take ownership of integration testing/E2E acceptance testing stage on behalf of an authority. Essential skills: At least 2 years of recent experience as a test manager and a tester
You understand azure technology stack, have worked in CICD environment and hands on with end to end testing of a service
You know to monitor, how, when and which tools to use for events, failures , bugs, etc.
Must have overseen and hands on with integration testing, API testing, E2E acceptance testing, GDS, SCRUM and KANBAN
Being able to take ownership for your work, build and provide the test strategy
Implement an integrated Quality Approach in a DevOps / legacy ecosystem
Providing input into Quality Automation to fit the CICD approach
Taking care of quality check for production, deployments of new changes/ Enhancements / Bug fixes etc. The Role: You’ll share the responsibility for the digital transformation of government. You’ll ensure high quality code is delivered in line with project goals and delivery cycles. You’ll thrive using agile methods and enjoy working openly, collaboratively and as part of a multidisciplinary team focused on one or more projects. Above all, you’ll want to make government better, which may sometimes involve challenging the status quo Main Responsibilities: Provide assurance for multiple agile deliveries and further take ownership of integration testing/E2E acceptance testing stage on behalf of an authority.
-Lead and where necessary able to do integration testing, API testing, E2E acceptance testing, GDS, SCRUM and KANBAN
-be taking ownership for your work, build and provide the test strategy
-Implement an integrated Quality Approach in a DevOps / legacy ecosystem
-Provide input into Quality Automation to fit the CICD approach
-Take care of quality check for production, deployments of new changes/ Enhancements / Bug fixes etc.
-build automated tests to support our continuous deployment environment
-share knowledge of tools and techniques with your wider team, both testers and non-testers
-act as a digital ambassador across government, supporting recruitment, identifying good practices to adopt and sharing experiences, e.g. through blog posts, tech talks at conferences etc.
-be involved in helping recruit testers and, where appropriate, helping sift and interview Skills and experience For the Tester role it is essential that you have: -Experience of leading a QA and test function across multiple agile delivery team
-Experience of recommending and best utilising a wide range of automation tools for functional and non-functional testing. -Performance testing with either JMeter or Gatling
-Browser testing with either BrowserStack or Saucelabs
-Automated functional testing with any Selenium based product -Experience of delivering public facing web applications with an understanding of the legal implications and responsibilities that entails.

-Content and design
