CAD Technician (Structural)Poole £35,000 - £38,000 + Progression + Training + Health Care + Life Insurance + Professional SchemesOn offer here is a great opportunity for CAD technician to join a well-establish company in a leadership role where there is potential to progress your career to management level, and beyond for the right person.This position will offer the chance to join the company and lead the design team across a range of projects, while also liaising with potential new clients and overseeing the design of new and existing projectsThis company, based in Poole, specialise in civil and structural engineering, overseeing a range of projects from small drainage systems, to large scale housing development tasks. Now, due to a number of new projects and continual expansion, require an experienced CAD technician to join the business.In this role, you will lead the design team who oversee a range of projects while getting involved in the design of projects yourself.Now is a great time to get on board with this growing company, who are looking for the right person to come in and work their way through the business.THE ROLE:

*Designing a range of projects from drainage to housing developments

*Running a team in a team leader position

*Progression up to director level

*In house training opportunitiesTHE PERSON:

*Will have experience as a CAD Technician

*Knowledge of how to use autoCAD and Revit
