IT Support AnalystLondon£35,000 Our client is a global leading luxury retailer based in central London with 500+ employees and operations across Europe and Asia. They are looking for an Application Support Analyst to join their dynamic and friendly London team where they have a number of exciting IT projects to improve their ERP System -Providing 2nd and 3rd line support-Working closely with the 3rd party software vendors and managing application errors;-Troubleshooting and debugging business systems and retail applications;-Continuously improving their business systems and applications;-Providing users training and support Requirements -Application Support Analyst / Business Systems Support Analyst/Technical Analyst/ERP Support Analyst -2-3 years' experience working as similar application/software support analyst/business system analyst/ERP support analyst; -Must have working experience in ERP such as Infor ERP/Lawson M3/Dynamics AX/Dynamics NAV/Oracle e-business/Netsuite/Sage ERP or any bespoke ERP systems;-Working knowledge in SQL is desirable My client is looking to fill this position as quickly as possible, so if you feel you have the relevant skills get in touch ASAP, as the position may not be around for long.
