Business Change Project Manager | £450 | Greater Manchester | 3 Months initial on an 18 Month Project Your Role: My client are looking for an experienced self-starting and enthusiastic Business Change Project Manager to help define the overarching strategy training framework and approach for the implementation of a third-party Asset Management system. The successful applicant will be responsible for defining the strategy and implementation of training plan for a large digital transformation to upskill the business' multiple users nationwide. The change will be a move from paper and archaic IT systems to a more sophisticated digital IT system. You will be working closely with solution SMEs from the vendor in order define and create training packages, and with a training team, define the strategy for rolling this out. You will be working closely with the Technical Project Manager, Regional Managers, and Stakeholders to co-ordinate the logistics of the training framework to coincide with deployment. As the Business Change Project Manager you will be looking after a training lead and trainers to assist the wider project team with the delivery of this large transformation. As this role is UK wide covering in excess of 3000 business users, it will require people who can travel as the business demands. The contract is for an initial 3 months but the programme is likely to run for 12-18 months.About you: The person we seek should have the skills below but just as important is the ability to be adaptable, have a can-do and pro-active attitude and communicate clearly with a variety of fellow employees and teams.
