Through internal progression and promotions, they are now looking to add a Quality Manager to their growing team in Witney, Oxfordshire.In this role you will take lead on the management and improvement of all quality issues ensuring the business has a robust quality management system.The ideal candidate will be a quality engineer or quality manager who has experience working in a manufacturing environment. A variety of industries will be considered such as automotive, packaging, food & drinks, electronics and plastics.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that is offering a financially attractive position, in a great working environment where they are constantly improving the facility and progressing their staff.The Role:

*To lead on the management and improvement of all quality issues ensuring the business has a robust quality management system

*To actively liaise with members of the operations team as part of supply chain improvements, supplier benchmarking and supplier audits

*To liaise with other members of the management team to develop and implement initiatives that deliver continuous improvementsThe Person:

*Quality Manager with experience within a manufacturing environment

*Experience of developing a Quality Management System to support Quality and Continuous Improvements strategy

*Ideally degree educated, however this isn't a necessity
