Cutting edge software house specialising in developing software solutions for the legal profession is expanding their operations team of 4 and looking to recruit a 1st Line Support Technician. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by acting as the first point of contact for clients and escalating to 2nd/3rd line where required.

Role Overview
The successful first Line Support Technician will respond to all support calls from a first line perspective, perform initial diagnostics and information gathering, as well as assist customers with general day-to-day queries around installation and the usage of document bundling software.
The majority of clients are from the legal profession so any experience of working in legal / law IT would be a bonus.
Salary: up to 24k
Benefits: 24 days holiday, rising by 1 day each year of service (capped at 28 days), flexible working hours, company pension (4% of basic salary), private medical. Friendly and relaxed environment.
