Technical Service Manager (Infrastructure)Do you have a strong technical background in Infrastructure / Connectivity and excellent 3rd Party / Vendor Management experience and looking for an opportunity where you will own the whole Infrastructure landscape ? If so I would like to hear from you.I am currently looking for a Technical Services Manager to join a small growing Telecoms company to impact, improve, grow and harvest their vision towards further success. You will have a strong technical background covering Hosting, Networks and Cloud, and will be tasked with the planning, launch and day to day management of Infrastructure Services. This role is a hybrid role where you will be managing a small team of focused technical staff but also a 3rd Party who deliver the services. You will understand, articulate and maintain the delivery of all application, hosting and connectivity services which include: Data Centre services, Network services and Cloud Based Services (public and private). You will have strong background in Service Delivery and be experienced delivering to 3rd parties. Strong leadership/management experience as you will be responsible for the Service Management and Operations teams.
