Construction Manager - 5 Star House-builder Experience of operating within a senior production capacity and having worked for a notable house-builder is essential. Our client is a leading 5-star Housebuilder with many regional offices around the country. They have an excellent reputation with a long-established history and are very much a recognised brand, delivering c600 units per annum from their East Midlands regional office. With the current focus being the development and growth of their Northamptonshire office, they are now seeking a Construction Manager to take sole Production responsibility for the region. You will report to the Regional Director and this position will develop to a Construction Director's position for the region. This is truly a regional opportunity and all sites are located within commutable distance of their office location.
