Job OverviewAs a Senior Financial Analyst you will be responsible for providing financial and analytical support for the business. This is a global role that will interact directly with finance and plant management at all of our manufacturing sites. The successful candidate must be able to achieve results through influence and maintain good working relationships across multiple time zones and cultures.Job Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate annual budget and quarterly forecasting cyclesManage and coordinate month end reportingConsolidation and transfer of data to financial systems used in the reporting and forecasting processDeliver clear financial analysis and commentary for month end reporting and Budget/ Forecast cyclesLead change management and drive continuous improvements by leveraging best practices, standardisation of processes and automation to scale the businessDevelop strong relationships with business leadersAssist with ad hoc strategic and operational projects as required

Skills & Experience:Qualified Accountant ACA, ACCA or CIMA5 year's finance leader experience in a corporate manufacturing environmentBachelor's DegreeAbility to communicate complex business issues in a clear/concise manner and relate to colleagues at all levels and in all locationsExtensive and exceptional MS Excel knowledge and experienceTeam player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, humility and a focus on business impactBig 4 trained

Multi-national experience, manufacturing background is a plusOracle/SAP, Hyperion, TED, TEBITSThree UK and Ireland is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
