FP&A Analyst8 MonthsBristol, Aztec WestRate NegotiableSummaryThe successful FP&A analyst will work within a team to provide reporting and analysis to support leadership decision making, interacting with our global finance teams.This would suit a newly or part qualified accountant or someone who is early on in their FP&A career.The FP&A analyst will demonstrate leadership in communicating business goals, programs, and processes for an area or business segment. In this role you will utilize your experience or expertise to solve problems, develop and execute objectives for self and others, and can effect short-term and some long-term business goals.ResponsibilitiesOwnership of consolidating, validating and reporting actual orders intake data.Weekly orders reporting and forecastingSupport planning cycle by obtaining orders data from resources in Finance and other applicable functions & regions.Provide ad hoc reporting to Income statement leader and base cost leader.Respond to client ad-hoc requests for customized data and reports in a knowledgeable and flexible mannerAnalyse monthly cost for reasonableness & review variances by considering sources, current business activities and historical trends.QualificationsQualified or part qualified accountantStrong excel skills [pivot tables, vlookup, advanced formulas etc]DesirableFluent oral and written English, additional language skills beneficialStrong interpersonal and leadership skillsLead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.Energy and drive, willingness to learn and embed improvementAbility to work flexible and additional hours when required at peak times
