Role: Senior Project Manager (group policy design)
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum
Location: London
The Role:
Our leading client requires a Project / Programme with experience of influencing large organisations to accept new policy structure as well as delivery / implementation
Essentials;
*Must have prior experience managing complex, enterprise-level process and / or systems projects for large multifaceted organisations
*Assist with the delivery of Eprocurement process, systems and policy structure related projects - group policy design and implementation, group-wide process design and implementation, multi-country e-Procurement systems rollouts
*Ownership of the pipeline of projects to transform the procurement processes and systems assuring effective implementation of best practice
*Strong understanding of best practice in the Procurement Systems and Processes and significant exposure to at least one of the major software solutions for strategic / operational procurement
*Experience working within a mature ERP systems / SSC environment
*PMI qualification and proven ability to coach / train others on the project management methodologies
*Promote process-driven culture
*Experience in structuring and managing change using frameworks and tools
Additional Information:
*Client wide programmes mountable to a £2.5bn spend. This includes consolidation of functions at the group level and reorganisation, both formal and informal, as well as the rollout of single ERP. The working environment is dynamic and sometimes unstructured, so will suit a self-starter who wants to contribute to building the optimum levels of process, systems and policy structure, is driven by results but also diplomatic and can work through influence.
***European travel is expected (usually 3-5 days a month)***
