A great opportunity on offer for a Workforce Planner to join an expanding company with a huge variety of projects where you will put your stamp on the role and have the chance to progress with the company.Are you a Planner with experience in Civils/construction or M&E? Do you have strong excel skills? Have you used MS Projects or Primavera?This market leading business offer complete project solutions ranging from design, construction, installation, commissioning & maintenance of all M&E systems within a number of sectors. They have secured some of the most sought after projects in the UK and are now looking for a Workforce Planner to join the team.A key role within the business and responsible for coordinating operational (predominately blue collar) Workforce Planning to ensure suitable allocation of labour for projects. The role will be responsible for the production of management information and workforce analysis for the Operational teams. Working in conjunction with both internal project teams (Planning, Operations and HR) and client project teams to ensure full optimisation of all operational labour. This role would ideally suit a highly motivated Workforce Planner looking to put your stamp on the role and progress within the business. The Role:
* Work in conjunction with planners to accurately allocate labour for current and future projects
* Ensure labour is all allocated in line with budgets and targets
* Mainly based at Chelmsford
* £30,000 - £40,000 + Training + Development + Benefits The Person:
* Must live in commutable distance to Chelmsford* Skilled with Excel* Experience with MS Projects or Primavera
