Technical Support Analyst - KCS Snowdrop

I am looking for contractor that can support a legacy version of KCS Snowdrop on Linux.

Specific experience and skills around the following:

Technical Customer Helpdesk, supporting our HR & Payroll solutions across all environments.

UNIX/LINUX/Windows Server Support - Development and Production environments supporting both internal and external customer solutions.

PROGRESS and SQL Database Administrator.

Providing technical QA software testing.

Technical support and management of the customer hosted environments.

Build, testing and release of software patches.
