Technology led organisations are going through a period of strategic development and as such are looking to hire a Business Analyst to be part of the development team. The company offer a flexible working environment and is easily accessible by train. You'll be in some of the best offices in Leeds with very good transport links and on site café.

You will:

*Design and document 'as-is' and 'to-be' requirements, business processes and solution designs for assigned development and change activity

*Work with business stakeholders and other Analysts

*Work closely with Developers, Testers and 3rd parties

*Lead on technical decisions needed and communicate to stakeholders

*Form solution design and estimate as part of planning activity

You will need:

*Prior experience as a Business Analyst working between the business and IT

Stakeholder management experience in solution design, requirements analysis in a complex environment

*Experience working to relevant methodologies ie Agile & Waterfall
