A growing pharmaceutical company based in Dublin are currently on the lookout for an EHS Engineer to join their expanding site. This is an excellent opportunity to undertake a varied role, with a company that has an excellent reputation on the pharmaceutical market. As EHS Engineer, you would participate in site safety and environmental activity, and ensure that the site operations comply with legislation and best practice.Your new role as EHS Engineer will include;Work with all personnel, contractors and visitors to ensure that all safety policies, procedures and regulations are fully adhered to across the site on an ongoing basisInvestigate and manage any incidents that occur on-site and ensure that Accident Reports / Unplanned Events reporting forms are completedCoordinate the approach and activities for the safe handling of all raw materials, key intermediates and active materials on siteMaintenance and preparation of information databases and reports for submission to the EPA, Irish Water and other regulatory authorities in accordance with IEL requirementsSupport the site Energy Management System (ISO50001) and participate in energy conservation initiatives across the siteCarry out regular site inspections to ensure environmental policies and procedures are being implementedEducation and Experience;3rd level qualification in Occupational Health and Safety or Environmental Management or equivalentExperience in management of an Industrial Emissions Licence & Liaising with EPAExperience in the management & control of Air emissions & Wastewater & associated emission control technologies This is a great opportunity to join a global company with a strong and growing presence in Ireland.Not sure yet?
