Your Role As Project Lead will be leading multidisciplinary teams that are responsible for the design of new and existing Motor control Products. As their Project Lead you will be responsible for planning scheduling and executing all phases of product development throughout the full product life cycle.As Project Lead you will be working with the engineers to write engineering specifications for products, ensuring customer specifications are adhered to and followed as well as design and verification.Core skills/Experience include:Experience project leading experience within Power Electronics or Embedded Control ProductsDemonstrated Project planning leading and organisational skillsProduct development and V-ModelsRoles/Responsibilities include:-Plan/organise lead and tracking of the design and releaseInterfacing with customers, sales and product management to define and develop products.Estimation of cost and scheduleConduct status and design reviews on a regular basis and provide project status reports to management.Work with group leads and staff engineers to write the engineering specifications.I appreciate you may not have everything listed but if you feel this role would be a good match please do not hesitate to get in touch!
