I am currently working with one of my key clients on an exciting contract opportunity in Cork. The company are a global medical device company, specialising in the manufacture of catheters and inflation devices. The company have won numerous awards for their excellent culture on site. Your role as an NPI Quality Engineer will be to act as a core member of the sites expanding quality team. Responsibilities:Drive risk reduction and eliminate risk through continuous improvement.Ensure that all new product quality Continuous Improvement ideas are completed in a timely manner.Review and approve all process changes / improvements are risk assessed.Ensure all non - conformance's and CAPAs are completed in a timely manner.Support the internal audit program.Ensure regulatory compliance in area of responsibility to cGMPs of all medical device regulatory agencies. Requirements:Degree in Engineering / Science disciplines.4+ years experience within a Quality Engineering position within the medical device industry.Experience in working to ISO13485 standards.A proven ability to work as part of cross functional teams.Excellent communication skills.
