Scrum Master - City of London - Permanent - £62k - £67,500 Per Annum.

The Company

An experienced Scrum Master is required by a growing Financial Services Company, based in the heart of London.

The Role

The Scrum Master is responsible for ensuring the team lives agile values and principles and follows the processes and practices to delight customers.

Responsibilities

*You will guide the Web Scrum teams and organisation on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers.

*You will assess he Scrum Maturity of the teams and organisation and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organisation.

*You will removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment.

*You will build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving.

*You will facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.

*You will assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.

*You will support and educate the Product Owner, especially on grooming and maintaining the product backlog.

*You will provide all support to the teams using a servant leadership style whenever possible, and leading by example.

Experience Required

*Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)

*Excellent SCRUM and Agile process knowledge

*Knowledge of various well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (e.g. Burndown technologies, Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.).

*Knowledge of other Agile approaches: XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, etc.

*Excellent software development lifecycle (SDLC) knowledge.

*Office 365: Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint
