But also keen on working with other talented engineers to widen your expertise. Importantly you will be operating with the latest and greatest - JAVA 8.Spring/Micro services - Due to the enterprise nature of my clients work collaboration between one another is needed to exceed the client's needs. As a result Microservices allows developers to work autonomously and make decisions quicker. Therefore experience in Microservices would be beneficial.Eager to learn new skills - My client prides themselves on being able to deliver on award winning T training. Learning new skills and technology keeps us keen and adaptable. Which ultimately gives you wider career opportunities.In terms of culture, you will struggle to find somewhere better. Year on year my client invests thousands into training their employees from the latest and greatest tech to leadership skills. Importantly, this is available to all.
