C++ Developer (Linux Unix Concurrency TDD Python APIs). Global City based FinTech is seeking a talented C++ Developer to join their development team.

As a C++ Developer you'll be joining one of the company's core teams who are responsible for building monitors and creating the face of every application within the company; allowing clients to have access to the data and infrastructure that they need. As a C++ Developer you'll be working on a migration project which will involve; moving from legacy machines to more modern Linux machines, updating API's, utilising more modern libraries and re-writing code utilising C++ 11 / C++ 17. You'll also be responsible for assessing the old code base to establish what elements need replacing and taking ownership of any issues and debugging tasks.

Based in London, you'll be working in modern and spacious offices that have various breakout areas and a large food hall with a wide selection of free refreshments.

Requirements:

Strong C++ development skills (C++ 11 / 17)

Good knowledge of Concurrency, Linux and Unix

Understanding of TDD

Strong problem solving and debugging skills

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Desirable: Python, Multithreading
