A growing company is seeking a Digital Project Manager to join its Edinburgh team, working with the Digital Director across a growing portfolio of clients in Scotland, the UK, Ireland, UAE and Internationally. You will be a key member of its central team working closely with the Head of Digital Management in London to develop and manage its processes, ensuring exceptional delivery.The role of the Project Manager is to deliver to tight deadlines and within budget, working from start through to completion including scoping, planning, scheduling, design and implementation.As a Project Manager, your key responsibilities are to:
Plan, manage and define the scope of plans within agreed budgets and deadlines.Responsible for quality of digital output and for BAU work and delivery.Coordinate the team and allocate/ procure appropriate resource.Attend client meetings, scope presentations, design presentations, debriefs, costnegotiations etc.Develop effective business relationships with clients and coordinate regular client communication and meetings ensuring that clients are satisfied with the progress.Attend to all reporting need and managing the forecast of future production activity.Maintain own knowledge base to ensure an understanding and affiliation to your clients, their business and industry.Assist in successfully growing existing accounts and provide innovative solutions to build business. To be successful in this managerial role you will have the following skills and experience:
Full-cycle project delivery experience in a digital agency environment.Experience in waterfall and agile methodology, Podio, Jira and Paprika or similar.Solid technical understanding of web builds.Experience working with remote teams and worked with multiple CMS such as Umbraco.Previous experience in working with corporate communications.Excellent senior stakeholder and 3rd party management skills.Willingness to help colleagues solve problems or understand new requirements.Strong customer service skills.First-class communication skills (both verbal and written). In return, the Project Manager will receive a salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum plus a bonus and excellent benefits.
