Senior Network Project Manager (Inside IR35)

My client is looking for a Senior Network Project Manager who has previous experience of network deliverables, and has strong supplier and budget management skills.

Experience in the following fields is a requirement:

*Proven experience of managing multiple suppliers

*Proven experience of managing complex, estate wide networks project/s

*Proven experience of managing large budgets in the region of £2m+

*Ability to work alone and as part of a multi-disciplined programme team

Must have experience of implementing different kinds of network links, integration, cut over and migration activities (will involve council wide outages so experience of managing business areas/expectations).

The contractor will need to have governance experience too as there will be a joint project and programme board at which they will be expected to produce the pack and present to senior stakeholders.

The majority of the changes will be carried out, out of hours so will need flexibility to work unsociable hours/weekends as and when the project dictates.

Time of in lieu is granted but contractors are expected to work a professional working week without additional payments.
