The client:

The client is a well established organisation seeking a Business Analyst within Bedfordshire

The Responsibilities:

* Understanding the needs of multiple stakeholders.

* Identifying current and future-state business processes

* Creating, analysing, and validating detailed functional specifications.

The requirements:

* Experience with CRM / Marketing / Customer Management Systems.

* Experience with elicitation methods including business process modelling (BPM), UML, use cases and prototyping

* Substantial experience of delivering large data migration projects, specifically understanding the uses of data to drive business deliverables such as campaigns and reporting
