Interaction IT have partnered with a leading software business in Sheffield. This is an exciting opportunity to step up as a Senior .NET developer and help lead on key projects including a cross-platform mobile application.
The company:
You will be part of a small development team, working for the well-established company providing software as a service into multiple sectors.
The role:
You will be responsible for all stages of the software development lifecycle and you will be leading on development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
· At least 5+ years experience as a full stack .NET developer using C# .NET (ideally 4.5)
· At least 2+ years experience of cross-platform mobile applications using Xamarin and/or Azure technology
· Commercial experience working with the following:
Entity Framework
SQL
Azure Storage
ASP.NET (MVC and Web API), and
JavaScript (desirable)
· Knowledge of SOLID principals of OOP and RESTful web services
· Experienced with development methodologies such as TDD and continuous integration
