Senior Business Change Manager / Operational Change programmeWarehouse, Logistics, FMCG, Clinical Services, HealthcareYou will have experience as a dynamic Operational Change Leader with an accomplished track record of detailed engagement, planning and delivery / deployment on Operational Transformation Programmes, pulling together multiple projects and workstreams, inter-dependencies, opportunity and risks covering multiple business areas for new processes, new ways of working and business impact of new technology, ensuring a coherent and phased programme for the awareness, pilot, testing and rollout of change with little (known) to no business disruption in a service critical environment.A background of supply chain, logistics, warehousing and any exposure to healthcare services will be the ideal fit for this role.
