Office Based, Stoke-on-Trent Are you a Mechanical Design Engineer from a special purpose machinery background looking to join a well-established manufacturer where you will work on projects from concept to completion whilst being heavily invested in and given the chance to progress your career? On offer is an opportunity to progress into a senior role and be the go-to engineer while implementing designs of specialist systems for a multi-million-pound turnover business creating bespoke machinery for a specialist company. You will be working for some of the UK's leading companies in the food and automotive industries, including Rolls-Royce, Unilever, and BAE Systems. This company are specialists in bespoke machinery with a prestigious global client base and have a proven track record of investing in their staff and they are looking for a Design Engineer to have a direct impact and take the lead. This role would suit a mechanical design engineer from a special purpose machinery background looking for progression THE ROLE

- Leading the design of bespoke mechanical handling machinery and welding equipment

- Creating instruction manuals and calculations for bespoke machinery
